What We Offer
We cater various types of private events including birthday parties, casual and upscale weddings (and everything in between), corporate events, rehearsal dinners, office gatherings, house parties, sporting events and special celebrations.
Even though we are a food truck, we take great pride in our pizza and minimize frills and focus our time and energy into our product and process to bring you the absolute best wood-fired pizza you've ever tasted.
How It Works

Window Service - starting at $1,650
Price:
- $15 per person, $1,250 minimum food cost
- 20% service fee on food cost
- Transportation fee $150+, varies based on location
Description:
- Includes pizza only, no sides or salads can be added on
- Guests order personal 10" pizzas and we call their name when they're ready 3-5 minutes later
- Standard public pizza menu (available on the "Our Menu" page) and list of additional toppings, guests can customize their orders

- 2 hour service time
- Paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes
Recommended for:
- Guest counts under 100 people
- Great option for office lunches, small scale or casual home-based parties
Signature Pizza Bar - starting at $2,650
Price:
- $25 per person for pizza, $3 - $5 per person for additional food items
- $2,000 minimum food cost
- 25% service fee on food cost
- Transportation fee $150+, varies based on location
Description:
- Host picks 5 pizzas from the catering menus (available at the bottom of this page). One of each is placed on a serving table and guests come by and serve themselves slices while Dizzy Cow staff keeps pizza coming hot out of the oven
- Appetizers, sides and salads can be added from the catering menu (available at the bottom of this page). Hot food is displayed in chafing dishes, cold food is displayed in bowls or platters
- 1 Dizzy Cow crew member (2 if guest count is over 100) will be responsible for restocking food and keeping the buffet tidy throughout service

- 2 hour service time
- Paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes
- Tables with black linens, pizza labels and stands, and all necessary serving equipment including chafers, bowls, platters and serving utencils
Recommended for:
- Guest counts over 120
- Weddings of all sizes, medium to large scale personal parties
Half And Half - starting at $2,025
Price:
- $20 per person for pizza, $3 - $5 per person for additional food items
- $1,500 minimum food cost
- 25% service fee on food cost
- Transportation fee $150+, varies based on location
Description:
- Guests order personal 10" pizzas and we call their name when they're ready 3-5 minutes later
- Standard public pizza menu (available on the "Our Menu" page) and list of additional toppings, guests can customize their orders
- Appetizers, sides and salads can be added from the catering menu (available at the bottom of this page) and are placed on a self-service food station near the truck. Hot food is displayed in chafing dishes, cold food is displayed in bowls or platters
- 1 Dizzy Cow crew member will be responsible for restocking food and keeping the food station tidy throughout service
What’s Included:
- 2 hour service time
- Paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, Parmesan cheese and red chili flakes
- Tables with black linens and all necessary serving equipment including chafers, bowls, platters and serving utencils
Recommended for:
- Mid-sized to large personal parties (birthday parties, graduation, retirement); Corporate events
Late Night Snack - $1,500
Price:
- $1,500 flat rate
Requirements:
- 30 minutes or less from Baltimore City unless otherwise approved by Dizzy Cow
- Service can't start before 9:00pm and must end by 12:00am
Description:
- Guests are served slices of cheese and pepperoni pizza on paper plates as they walk up to the truck. Guests will not have to wait in line.
- Dizzy Cow crew will keep making pizzas so that slices are always available throughout service. After 1 hour has passed or 60 pizzas are made (whicever comes first), the crew will stop serving and pack up.

Recommended for:
- Wedding receptions, after parties, bar and bat mitzvahs
Dietary Restrictions:
Gluten-free crust available for an additional $4 per person. Gluten-free guests will order their own individual pizza directly from Dizzy Cow Pizzeria staff. We ask that this is done before or after bulk of food service. Gluten-free pizzas are prepared and cooked in the same area as the regular pizzas therefore we do not recommend this for severe allergies.
Any pizza can be made without dairy products but the host must provide their own dairy-free cheese if desired. Diary-free guests will order their own individual pizza directly from Dizzy Cow Pizzeria staff. We ask that this is done before regular service begins.
